Under Diagnostics you will find the examination methods used in the practice and with cooperating institutes: laboratory tests, resting and exercise ECG, echocardiography, ultrasound of the abdomen, thyroid and vessels, ambulatory blood-pressure and Holter monitoring, and further imaging. The pages explain purpose, procedure and preparation.

Programmes that bundle several methods sit under Prevention. Treatments such as INUSpherese® are described under Therapy, not here. You can look up a method without reading the same information under three menu items. Which diagnostics are useful in an individual case follows from history, prior findings and the clinical question — not from a fixed list.
